Job summary

Vantage West in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Supervisor, Loan Servicing to lead the daily operations of the Loan Servicing team, oversee Payment Processing, Title Work, Insurance and Mail Handling, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will coach staff, drive process improvements, monitor performance, and collaborate with the Manager of Loan Servicing to meet service levels and control risk.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience.
• Three years of loan servicing experience in a financial institution.
• Two years in a supervisor or lead role.
• Experience in process improvement methods is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise functions of the Loan Servicing Department.
• Oversee daily operations in coordination with the Manager of Loan Servicing.
• Develop and implement best-in-class standards for productivity and error reduction.
• Foster a team dynamic focused on continuous improvement and member experience.
• Perform monthly call monitors and account reviews and provide feedback.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and develop staff.
• Maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
• Resolve escalated disputes and member complaints.
