• Willingness to maintain occasional in-market presence to connect with frontline associates and reinforce expectations.
• Active participation as part of the regional leadership team, shaping direction and driving performance across geography.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operations advisor to Regional Executives and market leaders by analyzing performance, identifying risks, and driving action plans to improve execution and control.
• Manage a portfolio of regulatory and compliance-related KRIs, ensuring ongoing monitoring and remediation across regions.
• Lead operational governance routines, including executive reviews and regional performance discussions, to drive accountability and outcomes.
• Partner with National Operations and business leaders to implement new initiatives, changes, and risk mitigation strategies with field readiness.
• Provide real-time operational coaching and support to leaders and associates to improve risk management and execution.
• Champion the voice of the field by gathering feedback to influence process improvements and client/employee experience.
