Job summary

OneAZ Credit Union in Phoenix is seeking a Consumer Lending Coordinator II or III to join our centralized funding and loan servicing team at the Corporate Office.

You will analyze loan packages for accuracy, compliance and quality, fund loans, register members, support dealer partners, and perform loan maintenance across various consumer loans.

This role relies on strong communication, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to train colleagues while supporting QA and policy updates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5–8 years of experience in consumer loan funding, indirect auto loans, or banking.
• Strong communication and training/presentation skills.
• Ability to focus with strong attention to detail.
• Reliability and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Reviews consumer auto loan applications from indirect dealer partners and verifies stipulations; funds loans and ensures quality checks.
• Establishes membership for new indirect members in compliance with standards.
• Prepares loan maintenance forms and updates loan accounts upon receipt.
• Supports internal questions on loan processing and funding for all consumer loans.
• Supports dealer partners with indirect loan funding questions and maintains positive relationships.
• Performs loan maintenance such as rate changes, term extensions, and payment modifications.
• Completes payoff and title/lien release tasks for collateralized loans.
• Assists with title work processing and insurance submissions.
• Provides QA audits of consumer loans and updates procedures and guidelines.
