Job summary

The Aspen Group (TAG) is seeking an experienced Recruitment Marketing Manager to lead full-funnel marketing strategies across markets and talent segments. You will partner with Talent Acquisition, craft candidate journeys, and drive measurable, high-quality hiring outcomes across TAG's nationwide brands.

You will own cross-functional campaigns, manage budgets, monitor analytics, and leverage AI-powered tools to optimize performance while collaborating with Creative, CRM, and Digital teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in results-driven marketing (growth/demand gen) with account management.
• Strong stakeholder and account management skills, with executive-level storytelling.
• Proficiency with GA4 and analytics tools.
• Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta and programmatic platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own full-funnel marketing strategy for targeted markets, roles, or talent segments.
• Translate business goals into integrated plans and drive measurable hiring outcomes.
• Build candidate-journey strategy across channels, segments, messaging and creative.
• Collaborate with Creative, CRM, and Digital to align briefs and assets.
• Use analytics to maximize campaign performance and ROI, with clear KPIs.
• Manage budgets and agency partners; forecast and reallocate for ROI.
