Overview

• The practice advises clients ranging from large to small across various industries throughout the U.S.
• Greenberg Traurig's Financial Regulatory & Compliance Practice includes over 80 attorneys globally, utilizing its platform to address both domestic and international client needs.
• Required experience includes mortgage lending and servicing, consumer finance, commercial finance, alternative lending products (such as buy-now-pay-later and earned wage access), and FinTech products and structures (including bank partnership models).
• Candidates must have significant experience with state licensing and knowledge of key financial services laws and regulations, including TILA, RESPA, UDAAP/UDAP, HMDA, FCRA, and FDCPA.
• Enforcement experience, along with experience with money services businesses and payment systems, is considered a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
