Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years of financial services regulatory and compliance experience.
Experience with mortgage lending and servicing, consumer finance, commercial finance, BNPL, and earned wage access (EWA) products, including FinTech structures.
Admitted to or eligible for admission in the relevant jurisdiction; fluency in Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide legal research, analysis, and writing to support regulatory compliance matters.
Advise clients and manage regulatory investigations and enforcement matters.
Collaborate with national and international teams to serve diverse client needs.
