Qualifications

• 3–6 years of financial services regulatory and compliance experience.
• Experience with mortgage lending and servicing, consumer finance and FinTech products.
• Significant state licensing experience.
• Familiarity with TILA, RESPA, UDAAP/UDAP, HMDA, FCRA and FDCPA.
• Enforcement experience is a plus; admissions to the relevant jurisdiction.
