Job summary

Greenberg Traurig, LLP seeks a mid-level Associate in Financial Regulatory & Compliance. Based in one of our offices nationwide, you will advise clients on mortgage lending, consumer finance, BNPL, and FinTech.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of regulatory experience, strong research and writing skills, and be admitted or eligible to practice in the appropriate jurisdiction; Spanish language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of financial services regulatory and compliance experience.
• Experience with mortgage lending, consumer and commercial finance, BNPL, and FinTech.
• Knowledge of state licensing and key laws (TILA, RESPA, UDAAP/UDAP, HMDA, FCRA, FDCPA).
• Admitted or eligible for admission in relevant jurisdiction; Spanish fluency preferred.
