Qualifications

• Requires a four-year college degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or related major.
• Ten+ years of general banking experience including 5–10 years in finance, risk management, or banking.
• Strong analytical, communication, and risk assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate end-to-end processes to identify opportunities for improved efficiency, scalability, control effectiveness and risk reduction.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual controls and redesign processes to improve customer experience and strengthen the control environment.
• Identify, review, assess, and monitor risks associated with Consumer Banking systems, products and services.
• Design, implement, and maintain risk monitoring and testing programs to identify emerging risks and vulnerabilities.
• Support risk statements and mitigation actions in risk and control self-assessments.
• Liaise with internal/external auditors and regulatory examiners.
• Lead and influence stakeholders to resolve risk and control concerns promptly.
• Develop communication strategies to disseminate key information and deliverables.
• Partner with business leaders to implement corrective actions and track issue closure.
