Job summary

S&T Bank seeks an experienced risk professional to oversee enterprise risk management for Consumer Banking. You will identify and mitigate risks, develop control testing programs, and partner with auditors and regulators to support risk reduction.

The role requires strong analytical skills, a track record of building dashboards in Excel, Power BI, or Tableau, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year college degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or related major.
• Requires ten plus years of general banking experience including five to ten years specialized knowledge of finance, risk management, and/or banking.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate end-to-end business processes to identify opportunities for improved efficiency, scalability, control effectiveness and risk reduction.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual controls and recommend process redesigns that improve customer experience and strengthen the control environment.
• Design, implement, and maintain risk monitoring and/or control testing programs to identify emerging risks and control weaknesses.
