Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical Managed Care rebate operations and related GTN functions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Model N business SME, elevating payment processing, validation, reporting, and workflows.
• Transfer industry knowledge into Bayer’s Commercial Rebate Operations with emphasis on rebate accuracy and dispute resolution.
• Identify GTN improvement opportunities, including revenue leakage prevention and contract compliance monitoring.
• Modernize dispute management with tracking, aging reviews, and clear documentation.
• Lead process and system improvements to reduce manual workarounds and improve payment timing.
• Support design and implementation of new Managed Care payment models with robust testing and documentation.
• Manage offshore resources with training, quality review, and escalation.
• Lead discussions with PBMs, GPOs, and others to resolve rebate, data, and contract issues.
• Partner with Finance, IT, Legal, and other teams to improve end-to-end GTN execution.
• Build process documentation, training materials, metrics, and dashboards for scalable operations.
