Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a seasoned IT Transformation Consultant to lead end-to-end projects leveraging Anthropic Claude and agentic AI capabilities for large commercial clients in the United States.

You will partner with business and technology stakeholders, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure delivery excellence across project plans, change management, and risk mitigation. Expertise in Confluence/JIRA and cloud modernization is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information sciences, technology, computer science, or related field.
• 4+ years' experience in a consulting firm, large scale IT transformation projects.
• 6+ years' experience in IT project management, engineering transformation, and business analysis.
• At least 1 year hands-on experience developing AI solutions using Anthropic Claude models.
• 1+ years leading project workstreams or engagements and delivering outcomes.
• 2+ years managing small onshore and offshore IT teams.
• 1+ years transforming SCLC to AI SDLC using Claude Code and Cowork.
• Advanced proficiency with Confluence and JIRA.
• Experience evaluating engineering toolchains, large-scale modernization, and CI/CD focus.
• Willingness to travel ~50% and potential immigration sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day interactions with client stakeholders as the technical contact for your workstream.
• Lead end-to-end IT transformation projects focusing on innovation and operational excellence.
• Design, onboard, and optimize DevOps toolchains (GitLab, Artifactory, SonarQube) and improve the technology stack.
• Develop project plans and drive delivery of key technology initiatives within scope.
• Act as a liaison between business and engineering to align with change controls.
• Design and build Generative AI and agentic solutions using Claude.
• Guide small teams through requirements gathering, design, and support-model definition.
• Manage scope, schedule, and resources; adjust as needed.
• Identify risks and mitigations to protect delivery.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and leadership.
• Design and deploy agentic AI solutions from PoC to production.
• Implement multi-agent systems integrating with enterprise tools.
• Modernize systems to incorporate GenAI capabilities (RAG, orchestration).
• Advise on Generative AI adoption strategies and model selection.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to scope and deliver AI solutions.
