Job summary

Deloitte France seeks a Lead Architect with Anthropic experience to join the AI & Engineering as a Service team. You will design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade agentic AI applications leveraging Claude models for production readiness and scale.

Collaborate with enterprise architects, apply Cloud Native principles on AWS/Azure/GCP, and lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver secure, high-performance AI platforms. Travel ~50% expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as Solution or Application Architect with a focus on application development.
• 8+ years hands-on in Java, .NET or Python.
• Hyperscaler certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• 6+ years delivering production AI/ML solutions including Generative/Agentic AI.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and develop enterprise-grade Anthropic applications and platforms.
• Integrate and fine-tune LLMs and AI/ML models for production apps.
• Ensure security, reliability, and scalability of AI/ML systems.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects to align AI solutions with strategy.
• Lead projects/workstreams and guide cross-functional teams.
