Compensation: $240,000 – $360,000 annually. The consultant will design job architectures, career frameworks, and pay structures aligned with business strategy and market practices, translating rewards strategies

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in compensation consulting with a focus on workforce rewards.
• Deep knowledge of compensation strategy, market pricing, and pay structures.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing job architectures and job evaluation frameworks.
• Experience with HR and rewards technology, including program data and process implications.
• Strong client management skills for leading senior-level meetings and navigating stakeholder environments.
