Compensation: $240,000 – $360,000 annually. The consultant will design job architectures, career frameworks, and pay structures aligned with business strategy and market practices, translating rewards strategies

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in compensation consulting with a focus on workforce rewards.
• Deep knowledge of compensation strategy, market pricing, and pay structures.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing job architectures and job evaluation frameworks.
• Experience with HR and rewards technology, including program data and process implications.
• Strong client management skills for leading senior-level meetings and navigating stakeholder environments.

This role will support sophisticated compensation and workforce rewards engagements for clients navigating complex organizational change and talent decisions. The consultant will help design job architectures, career frameworks, and pay structures that align with business strategy and market practices. The work will also involve translating rewards strategies into practical, technology-enabled solutions and guiding senior stakeholders through implementation requirements and governance.

Location: Boston, MA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $240,000 – $360,000 annually
