Job summary

Marsh seeks a Senior Consultant to join our Compensation Consulting team, focusing on broad-based rewards, job architecture, evaluation, and compensation strategy. Based in the Northeast (preferably New York), this hybrid role requires at least three days onsite.

You will advise senior leaders, lead engagements, and translate architecture into tech-enabled rewards solutions across HRIS and related platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in broad-based compensation and workforce rewards consulting.
• Experience designing job architecture, leveling, or evaluation frameworks.
• Strong understanding of linking architecture to compensation and HR technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client engagements across compensation, workforce rewards, and job architecture.
• Advise on design and implementation of job architectures and leveling frameworks.
• Translate strategies into technology-enabled solutions with HRIS/compensation platforms.
• Define data, process and governance requirements for programs.
• Embrace AI and digital tools in delivering rewards solutions.
• Develop budgets, oversee staff, and manage client relationships.
