• Experience consulting and implementing software solutions.
• Strong communication and education session delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements.

Responsibilities

• Be a subject matter expert with Surefyre and MGA operations.
• Be part of project teams delivering Professional Services.
• Manage multiple consulting engagements concurrently.
• Conduct presentations and educational sessions.
• Deliver virtual consultative sessions with customers.
• Analyze business operations and methodology to develop best practices.
• Recommend solutions for customer pain points, gaps, needs, goals.
• Conduct user acceptance testing with customer.
• Other duties as assigned.
