Job summary

Vertafore, a leading insurtech, seeks a Technical Consultant in Denver to implement configurations, build JSON forms, and write scripts that power client deployments. You’ll collaborate across Customer Support, Account Management, Professional Services, and product & engineering to tailor solutions and drive value for key clients.

You will configure the Surefyre platform, create automation and data-migration scripts, and help customers scale their setups with best practices.

Responsibilities

• Configure the Surefyre platform through HTML, JavaScript and JSON.
• Build JSON based forms using a drag-and-drop form builder.
• Write Python scripts to assist data migrations and configuration.
• Assist integrations with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Create Excel-based worksheets to support calculations.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to drive product changes.
• Work with engineers on advanced configurations.
• Understand customer project needs with Professional Services.
• Reproduce and resolve configuration issues.
• Document changes made to customer instances.
