Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Supply Chain Consulting Manager to lead strategic sourcing engagements, develop global supply strategies, and drive procurement transformations for clients. Travel-heavy role with responsibility for managing complex workstreams and delivering measurable value.

You will oversee implementation of recommendations, foster client relationships, and guide teams through category strategy execution, supplier negotiations, and performance analytics using tools like Power BI.

Qualifications

• Travel 95% of the time, Sunday through Thursday, >45 weeks/year.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field, or >10 years pro experience.
• 7+ years in strategic sourcing, creating and executing category strategies.
• 3+ years of project and people management.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing engagements, develop global supply strategies and category events.
• Manage client relationships and oversee daily workstreams.
• Drive negotiations and supplier agreements, and implement value creation initiatives.
• Support logistics or operational consulting engagements when appropriate.
