Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience in procurement, sourcing, contracting and analytics.
• Familiarity with legal aspects of contracting and risk review.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Research and analyze the supply base to consolidate suppliers and improve service levels.
• Develop bid packages with SOW, KPIs, pricing, and manage RFP activity.
• Conduct supplier audits to ensure use of preferred suppliers and templates.
• Evaluate proposals, conduct QBRs, and present to stakeholders.
• Draft and facilitate contracts, ensuring accurate scope and pricing.
• Coordinate with Legal and Risk to review compliance and contract terms.
• Use contract management systems to manage lifecycle and records.
• Track multiple sourcing events and maintain organized records.
• Deliver client presentations as SME with professional communication.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
