Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 2+ years in consulting or procurement/practice preferred.
• Advanced MS Excel analysis and PowerPoint communications desired.
• Ability to be based out of Chicago IL office; willingness to travel up to 80%.

Responsibilities

• Lead defined workstreams within engagements, ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables.
• Build trusted client relationships and deliver executive-ready outputs for workshops and sessions.
• Contribute to procurement and supply chain advisory engagements to improve performance and value.
• Apply technology-enabled delivery with data, analytics, and AI capabilities where relevant.
• Coach junior consultants and contribute to practice development and knowledge sharing.
