Fusion GBS is seeking a Senior Consultant - ServiceNow to support the delivery of enterprise ServiceNow solutions for customers in the USA.

The Senior Consultant will work closely with customers and Fusion GBS teams to understand requirements, translate business and technical needs into effective ServiceNow solutions, support implementation delivery and provide best-practice guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires strong ServiceNow consulting experience, the ability to work across complex enterprise environments and the communication skills needed to engage effectively with customer stakeholders and distributed delivery teams.

The Senior Consultant will also contribute to technical quality, knowledge sharing, mentoring and the continued development of Fusion GBS ServiceNow delivery capabilities.

Relevant professional experience in ServiceNow consulting and implementation, supported by appropriate ServiceNow and service-management knowledge.
