You will optimize implementations by aligning processes, gathering requirements, and driving adoption across modules. The role requires strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM, along with Agile experience supporting Scrum teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow consulting experience across multiple modules.
• 5+ years in business analysis with requirements gathering and mapping.
• Proven ability to lead client workshops and translate needs into solutions.
• 1-2 years of Agile experience supporting Scrum teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional discovery sessions and workshops to define solutions.
• Advise on best practices across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.
• Create process workflows, workshop decks, and training materials.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to drive readiness and adoption.
• Capture requirements, user stories, and business cases aligned to ServiceNow.
• Develop end-to-end process flows and gap analyses for design.
• Prepare test plans, conduct UAT, and support go-live.
• Lead training sessions and create user-friendly job aids.
• Act as delivery team touchpoint throughout project lifecycle.
• Support stakeholder demos and optimize process efficiency.
