Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have strong analytical and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; federal consulting experience preferred.
• Two or more years of professional experience supporting federal clients in a consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in designing, developing, launching, and improving projects and programs aligned to strategic goals.
• Identify, develop, and implement performance metrics to monitor program performance.
• Analyze projects to identify risks and help implement mitigations.
• Document and evaluate business processes; recommend improvements.
• Produce communications ranging from emails to executive briefs and memos.
• Conduct research and collaborate with teams to formulate solutions.
• Support data collection and analysis, create models and visualizations to inform decisions.
• Develop and improve policies and procedures for programs and operations.
