ECI seeks a Senior Consultant for Microsoft Modern Work & AI to guide clients through planning, implementing, securing, governing, and adopting Microsoft technologies that boost organizational productivity. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes aligned to business goals.

You will lead readiness and adoption programs for Copilot and related services, drive governance and information protection initiatives, and help shape repeatable delivery methodologies across Microsoft

Qualifications

• Five+ years in Microsoft consulting or comparable client-facing role.
• Experience leading discovery, assessments, and delivery for Microsoft 365 environments.
• Ability to present to executive and technical audiences and produce polished docs.
• Strong coordination across cross-functional teams and vendors.

Responsabilités

• Lead discovery sessions, assessments, workshops, and strategic workshops.
• Translate business objectives into actionable Microsoft roadmaps and plans.
• Maintain accountability for client communication, decisions, risks, and outcomes.
• Assess, design, and implement solutions across Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Entra ID.
• Perform governance reviews and document prioritized recommendations.
• Design collaboration, information architecture, and lifecycle management approaches.
• Lead Copilot readiness, deployment, adoption, and value planning.
• Advise on Copilot Studio agents, connectors, and enterprise AI operating models.
• Advise on Purview, data protection, retention, and eDiscovery.
• Develop governance recommendations balancing enablement with security and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes with Power Automate/Power Apps.
• Design adoption and change-enablement programs with training and champions.
• Own workstreams and manage multiple client commitments with delivery teams.
• Contribute to SOWs, roadmaps, and client presentations.
• Document business and technical context for follow-on work.
