Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Architect - Modern Workplace to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Microsoft 365 solutions for clients and internal teams. You will translate business needs into secure, scalable workplace experiences while collaborating with senior architects and cross-functional groups.

The role focuses on SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, and Copilot, with governance, security, and performance at the core.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Four to five years of hands-on Microsoft 365 experience in a technical, engineering, or administrative role.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, governance, and security fundamentals.
• Experience with SharePoint Online, including site creation, information architecture, and content management.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams, including configuration, lifecycle management, and collaboration design.
• Knowledge of OneDrive for Business, including synchronisation, sharing, and storage controls.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot, particularly readiness, enablement, and governance concepts.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work constructively under the guidance of senior architects.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and documentation of Microsoft 365 solutions, including Copilot, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs under guidance of senior architects.
• Assist with configuration, migration, and deployment of Microsoft 365 workloads across client and internal environments.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and stakeholders to ensure governance, security, and performance standards.
• Contribute to architecture diagrams, governance frameworks, and technical documentation.
• Participate in client discovery sessions, workshops, and project kickoffs as a technical contributor.
• Help troubleshoot issues involving Microsoft 365 workloads, integrations, and collaboration tools.
• Support Copilot readiness, enablement, and governance initiatives for AI-powered workplace adoption.
• Monitor Microsoft 365 updates, roadmaps, and best practices, especially in AI and Copilot.
• Strengthen architectural thinking and client consulting skills.
