Base pay range

$89,000.00/yr - $148,000.00/yr

A healthcare advisory team works closely with pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical technology companies to design and evaluate patient-focused support programs. These services are crafted to enhance the overall treatment experience and improve access and adherence throughout the product lifecycle. From early design phases to implementation and performance tracking, we help organizations ensure their support initiatives align with both strategic goals and patient needs.

As a Senior Consultant, you’ll take an active leadership role in delivering these services. You’ll oversee project workstreams, contribute to client communications, and guide junior team members while working directly with stakeholders across the life sciences sector. This role offers meaningful opportunities for growth in both consulting and healthcare industry knowledge.

Core Responsibilities:

• Map patient treatment pathways and identify gaps, friction points, and opportunities for patient service interventions
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and secondary research on industry practices and support programs
• Engage in direct outreach to healthcare providers, patients, payers, and other stakeholders to gather insights and test service ideas
• Collaborate in the design of new support solutions and engagement strategies, including digital platforms, case management, or financial assistance services
• Assist with the implementation of in-house and vendor-led patient support centers (HUBs), including process definition and service-level planning
• Develop performance tracking approaches and use data insights to drive service improvements
• Present research findings and strategic recommendations to executive-level audiences
• Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal creation and project scoping
• Provide mentorship and performance feedback to junior team members

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in consulting or industry settings focused on patient services, healthcare access, or support program development
• Ability to travel within the United States, approximately 20% of the time
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
