Job Overview: Guidehouse’s Life Sciences team partners with leading pharma, biotech, and med tech companies to navigate drug/device development and commercialization challenges. We focus on commercial strategy, market access, and business redesign, assisting clients across pipeline & portfolio optimization, launch & brand, value & access, patient services, and transformation.

Responsibilities: Senior Consultants manage client relationships, implement solutions, and oversee project results. They own workstreams, interact daily with clients, prepare reports and presentations, and mentor team members. Career development is emphasized, with opportunities to progress to Managing Consultant.

Minimum Requirements: Advanced degree (MBA, MD, PharmD, or PhD) enrolled in Fall 2024 and graduating by Summer 2025; 0+ years of experience; interest in Life Sciences consulting; strong communication and project management skills; ability to mentor and work with complex products/services; willingness to travel and work overtime.

During interviews, candidates will complete two industry-specific case studies.
