Senior Consultant - Life Sciences Advisory - Oncology Specialist

Position Overview: Senior Consultants are key members of Guidehouse teams, involved in all stages of the consulting process. They manage daily consulting assignments, interact regularly with clients, and contribute to strategic analysis and research.

Responsibilities include:

1. Analyzing scientific, clinical, financial, and strategic information to understand business implications of new technologies and trends.
2. Conducting primary research interviews with clinicians, thought leaders, and healthcare executives.
3. Managing and mentoring junior staff members.
4. Preparing and presenting reports to senior management and clients.

Travel requirements are project-dependent, averaging 20%. The role offers career development opportunities, with a clear path from Senior Consultant to Managing Consultant as skills deepen.

Minimum requirements:

• BA/BS in Science, Engineering, Healthcare, Business, or related field.
• 3-5 years of Life Sciences consulting experience.
• At least 1 year of commercialization and launch experience in oncology therapeutics.
• Strong understanding of therapies and treatment modalities for tumor types.
• Ability to work independently with oversight, with excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and willingness to travel up to 20% within the US.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
