- Strong background in Life Sciences, particularly in the Quality value chain or related areas such as R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Safety
- Good understanding of technologies used in Quality, particularly Veeva’s platforms and solutions
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to assess problems and communicate effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Post-graduate-level qualification, such as a Ph.D., MD, or MBA
- Experience with digital technologies, including platforms, channels, analytics tools, and emerging technology
- Familiarity with SaaS solutions
