Job summary

Campana & Schott U.S. in New York seeks a Senior Consultant to lead change management for digital, data, AI, and operating model transformations. You will partner with client stakeholders, design communications and training, and facilitate workshops to drive user adoption.

We offer a competitive package with a salary range of $120,000 to $132,000 per year plus a discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits. Fluency in English, strong collaboration, and travel willingness are required.

Qualifications

• MBA, MSc or related degree from an accredited college or university.
• 3–5 years of experience in management or technology consulting with life sciences.
• Familiar with change management methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR.
• Ability to translate complex business, technical, or scientific concepts into clear messages.
• Strong interest in business transformations, project management, agile organizations, international collaboration.
• Experience leading project teams and client interactions.
• Experience in digital transformation, data, or technology projects.

Day in the Life

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $132,000 per year and total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package described below.
We expect total annualized compensation for New York City-based employees to be approximately the following:

• Base salary between $120,000 - $132,000 p.a.. Placement within this range will vary based on experience and skill level
• Annual discretionary performance bonus between 0-20%

In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, MSc, or related, from an accredited College or University.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience, ideally including recent management or technology consulting and life sciences preferred.
• Familiarity with structured change management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent frameworks.
• Ability to translate complex business, technical, or scientific concepts into clear and actionable messages.
• A strong interest in business transformations, project management, agile organizations, and international collaboration.
• Experience in leading project teams and client interactions.
• Exposure to digital transformation, data, or technology implementation projects.

• Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
