Campana & Schott Inc. in New York City seeks a Consultant to join our team and drive client transformation projects from planning through implementation.

You will engage with cross-functional teams, identify business needs, and craft execution roadmaps while leveraging AI tools daily. The role emphasizes growth within a dynamic, startup-style environment, with mentoring from senior professionals and broad exposure to our US operations.

Qualifications

• MBA, MSc, or related, from an accredited College or University.
• 2+ years of work experience.
• Background in project management, consulting, or life sciences preferred.
• Experience with Data Engineering, Digital Marketing, or Sustainability would be advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mentality.

Responsibilities

• Learn from assignments on dynamic client transformation projects as a valued team member.
• Work on client projects end to end: from planning to implementation and from strategic projects to portfolios.
• Take ownership for key deliverables and drive the agenda to improve client outcomes.
• Assist in identifying business needs, design and establish processes and guidelines.
• Assist in providing execution roadmaps, plans, timelines, and status reporting.
• Be fluent in working with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini).
• Engage in internal projects to shape the growing US organization.
• Develop and present creative solutions in a startup, hands-on atmosphere.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $ 108,000 to $ 120,000 per year and total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package described below.
We expect total annualized compensation for New York City-based employees to be approximately the following:

• Base salary between $ 108,000 - $ 120,000 p.a.. Placement within this range will vary based on experience and skill level
• Annual discretionary performance bonus between 0-10%

In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
