Job summary

Executive Option, LLC is seeking a highly capable, client-facing consultant to independently lead discovery, process analysis, requirements development, stakeholder engagement, and executive-ready deliverables across complex enterprise-transformation initiatives. This permanent consulting role has an enterprise-wide mandate and spans EO’s ERP and transformation portfolio.

The role supports a hybrid deployment in the Southern Nevada region with up to 30% travel, focusing on HCM, payroll,

Qualifications

Seven or more years of progressively responsible experience in business transformation, ERP/HCM consulting, or related fields.
At least three years in a client-facing consulting role with responsibility for client deliverables.
Experience leading discovery, process mapping, requirements elicitation, gap analysis, validation, and stakeholder facilitation for complex initiatives.
Direct experience with HCM, payroll, timekeeping, or workforce transformation and exposure to at least one additional enterprise domain.
Experience supporting multiple stages of the enterprise-system lifecycle including assessment, design, implementation, testing, deployment, stabilization, or optimization.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery, interviews, and workshops with business and technology stakeholders.
Translate stakeholder needs into functional and nonfunctional requirements and traceability.
Develop future-state process recommendations balancing operational needs with feasibility.
Prepare executive briefings, roadmaps, and client-ready work products.
Support vendor-neutral evaluations, demonstrations, and implementation estimates.
