Job summary

Attain Partners is seeking a strategic ERP and Finance transformation consultant to shape the vision and guide the journey across business process assessment, technology strategy, and advisory engagements.

This role emphasizes developing client relationships and aligning ERP initiatives with mission, rather than pure implementation, and involves travel to client sites as required. Collaboration with ERP, modernization, and analytics teams is key.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in management or technology consulting with Finance ERP transformation experience.
• Experience at a recognized professional services organization.
• Strong knowledge of Finance processes and ERP transformation practices.
• Analytical and communication skills with ability to synthesize complex information.

Responsibilities

• Guide ERP readiness and advisory within broader transformation efforts.
• Lead workshops, interviews, and executive briefings to surface priorities.
• Collaborate with ERP implementation, modernization, and analytics teams.
• Support methodology development and internal capability building.
