Job summary

Ryan Senior Consultant, Business Solutions partners with internal and external stakeholders to identify business challenges, analyze processes, and design scalable solutions that drive operational efficiency and client value.

This role performs detailed requirements analysis, process design, data evaluation, solution configuration, testing, and documentation to support successful delivery of business and technology initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, IS, Tech, or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years in consulting, business analysis or related services.
• Experience translating requirements into actionable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Interface with stakeholders to understand needs and system requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and designs.
• Gather, analyze, and reconcile data; develop client documentation and reports.
• Support project delivery with testing and stakeholder coordination.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
