Job summary

Infosys Consulting is seeking a Senior Consultant for Business Process Reimagination, AI & Automation in North America. The role requires leading teams on insurance process reimagination, optimization, AI, and automation engagements across multiple lines such as Life, P&C, and Employee Benefits.

The candidate will drive end-to-end process discovery, current-state mapping, and future-state solutions using BPMN tools and automation platforms like UiPath, Blue Prism, and Appian.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience with a P&C insurer or comparable consulting services.
• Candidates authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship are welcome to apply.
• Multitask and engage with stakeholders.
• Excellent relationship-building abilities.
• Experience with Agile or hybrid methodologies.
