Job summary

Cobalt Recruitment's New York construction desk is seeking a driven recruiter to own and grow a specialist area in a fast-paced market. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across clients and candidates and help expand existing accounts.

You should have construction or built environment recruitment experience and a strong knowledge of the New York market, with a proven 360 and business development track record.

Join one of Cobalt’s top-performing desks and step into a busy New York construction market with an established client base, repeat business and a strong flow of live roles.

The team works across General Contractors, Developers, Subcontractors and Construction Managers, covering Commercial, Multi-Family, Heavy Civil, CapEx, Healthcare and MEP.

The role:

• Own and grow a specialist area of the New York construction market


• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across clients and candidates


• Develop existing accounts and win new business


• Negotiate terms and build long-term client relationships


• Collaborate across the team, with a strong culture of sharing roles and revenue
