Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; significant equivalent construction experience may be considered.
• 12+ years of progressive commercial construction experience in Quality, project management, field operations, or related disciplines.
• Experience investigating and resolving complex construction deficiencies, failures, or warranty conditions.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, drawings, specs, inspection/testing, commissioning, turnover, and warranty obligations.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical problem-solving and root-cause analysis; strong executive communication and technical writing skills.

Responsabilités

• Govern Enterprise Warranty Program; train Quality personnel and stakeholders on warranty procedures and escalation.
• Lead technical investigations; review drawings, specs, submittals, inspection records, and commissioning data.
• Coordinate internal SMEs, consultants, trade partners, and other resources for complex issues.
• Provide concise technical assessments, risks, and action recommendations to leadership.
• Drive root-cause analysis, QMS feedback loops, and continuous improvement of standards and processes.
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk, and Operations on high-risk warranty matters.
