Job summary

Rand Worldwide's IMAGINiT Technologies division is seeking a Senior Applications Expert (Construction) to deliver consulting, implementation, training, and advisory services focused on improving preconstruction, project delivery, and operational processes.

You will lead workshops, document goals and requirements, and support modernization efforts using Autodesk Forma cloud and Power BI-based analytics. Occasional travel up to 20% is expected as part of client engagements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 5 years of industry experience in a preconstruction or project delivery environment.
• Experience with Autodesk Forma cloud or equivalent construction technology platforms.
• Experience developing analytics dashboards using Power BI or similar BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to evaluate business processes, identify challenges, define objectives, and recommend technology solutions.
• Lead discovery workshops and business process assessments related to preconstruction and digital transformation initiatives.
• Document business goals, workflows, requirements, and outcomes with sales and customers.
• Provide implementation, configuration, training, mentoring, coaching, and advisory services for construction technology solutions.
• Create templates, best-practice guides, and implementation methodologies.
