IMAGINiT Technologies, a division of Rand Worldwide, seeks a Senior Applications Expert (Construction) to deliver construction technology consulting, implementation, training, and advisory services focused on improving preconstruction, project delivery, and operational processes.

The role requires 5 years of industry experience, familiarity with Autodesk Forma cloud, and experience building analytics using Power BI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry-related experience in preconstruction or project delivery.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Forma industry cloud (formerly Autodesk Construction Cloud).
• Experience developing analytics, dashboards, and reporting solutions using Power BI or similar BI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to evaluate business processes, identify challenges, define objectives, and recommend technology solutions.
• Lead discovery workshops and business process assessments related to preconstruction, project delivery, and digital transformation.
• Document goals, workflows, requirements, and desired outcomes with customers and sales staff.
• Provide implementation, configuration, training, mentoring, coaching, and advisory services for construction technology solutions.
• Create templates, best-practice guides, packaged services, workflows, and implementation methodologies.
• Support evaluation, implementation, and optimization of Autodesk Forma industry cloud.
• Deliver software and industry presentations at seminars, conferences, user groups, workshops, webinars, and client sites.
