Job summary

IMAGINiT Technologies, a division of Rand Worldwide, seeks a Senior Applications Expert (Construction) to deliver construction technology consulting, implementation, training, and advisory services focused on improving preconstruction, construction, and operational processes.

You'll work with owners and contractors to implement and optimize technology solutions that support planning, design coordination, project delivery, field execution, and lifecycle asset management.

Qualifications

• 5 years of industry-related experience in a preconstruction or project delivery environment.
• Experience with Autodesk Forma industry cloud or equivalent construction platforms.
• Experience developing analytics, dashboards, and reporting solutions using Power BI or similar BI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to evaluate business processes, identify challenges, define objectives, and recommend technology solutions.
• Lead discovery workshops and business process assessments related to preconstruction, project delivery, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Work with sales to document goals, workflows, requirements, and desired outcomes.
• Provide implementation, configuration, training, mentoring, coaching, and advisory services for construction technology solutions.
• Create templates, best-practice guides, workflows, and implementation methodologies.
