Job summary

Under general supervision, you will support the Construction Manager on large projects and ensure compliance with project requirements.

You will review payment applications, prepare change orders, attend meetings, and provide field reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, construction engineering or architecture plus 5 years in building construction administration or construction management.
• Knowledge of building codes, construction specifications and architectural drafting.
• Experience with construction administration and project close-outs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and direct activities of architects, consultants and contractors on municipal building projects.
• Support the Construction Manager on large projects and review payment applications.
• Attend meetings, prepare field reports and ensure compliance with project requirements.
