Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum seven years leading and supervising construction teams.
• Excellent communication and people skills at all levels.
• Understand OSHA regulations for construction projects.
• Ability to train and develop Superintendents on Standard Work.

Responsibilities

• Champion Standard Work and safety on sites.
• Assess culture and enforce best practices across projects.
• Develop Standard Work documents with Quality.
• Train leadership in Standard Work, safety, and quality.
• Collaborate with EHS on safety programs.
• Assist in recruitment of leadership personnel.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and Site Manager to resolve issues.
