Job summary

Willmeng Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on our Phoenix projects.

You will promote site safety, manage schedules, coordinate with owners, design teams and subcontractors, and ensure work is completed on time and within budget while upholding Willmeng's quality standards. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in commercial construction, strong reading of drawings, knowledge of codes/OSHA, and proficiency with scheduling software.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years experience in commercial and trade construction.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of building codes and OSHA safety regulations.
• Experience with construction scheduling and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations and maintain jobsite readiness.
• Monitor field activities and ensure progress against schedule.
• Create and manage schedules including look-ahead plans and phasing.
• Lead meetings with subcontractors and coordinate RFI responses.
• Ensure budgets are managed to target profits and control costs.
• Facilitate coordination among owners, designers, and contractors.
