Job summary

Integra in Quanah, TX is seeking an on-site Construction Superintendent to lead all phases of construction, coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment, and ensure adherence to plans, schedule, and budget.

The role requires 5+ years, a Bachelor's in construction management preferred, OSHA 30, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and strong communication, safety-mindedness, and problem-solving skills. The company offers comprehensive healthcare, PTO, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, 8+ years preferred
• OSHA 30 Hour
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
• Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook plus Adobe
• Safety Minded
• Possess a current driver’s license
• Must pass physical exam

Responsibilities

• Create and manage project schedules with activities and logic.
• Schedule subcontractors, consultants, vendors to meet critical path.
• Monitor subcontractor performance against drawings and scope.
• Review submittals and shop drawings.
• Coordinate change orders, RFIs, and material submittals.
• Coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions.
• Identify subcontractor non-compliance with safety standards.
