Job summary

Integra Mission Critical, LLC in Quanah, TX seeks a Construction Superintendent to plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of a project, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and quality standards. You will lead field teams, manage safety, cost control, and schedules across structures, MEP and interiors as needed.

This role requires a bachelor's degree in construction management, 5+ years' experience (8 years preferred), OSHA 30, a valid driver's license, and willingness to work on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience; 8 years preferred.
• OSHA 30 Hour certification and a valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of project schedules and sequencing.
• Review project financial information with Project Management.
• Prepare and update Work Progress Schedules (WPS).
• Coordinate and manage subcontract scopes and RFIs.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Prepare daily reports and review subcontractor submittals.
• Develop and execute safety plans and coordinate change orders.
