Job summary

McGough Construction CO, LLC is seeking an experienced Superintendent to plan and oversee all aspects of assigned projects from pre to post construction. You will ensure safety, scheduling, budgets, and quality while coordinating with clients, design teams, and subcontractors.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and Lean-minded problem solving. Travel to multiple project sites is expected; OSHA 30 certification and bilingual English/Spanish abilities are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication and leadership skills.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, innovative and forward thinking.
• Current OSHA 30 certification.
• Bilingual with Spanish and English.
• Computer literate and able to use industry software.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction planning, coordinating safety and site logistics.
• Oversee field staff, subcontractors, and equipment to meet project goals.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality control.
• Coach and mentor team; ensure safety and Lean practices are followed.
• Support procurement, RFI development, and trade reviews.
• Travel to various jobsites as required and maintain client relationships.
