Job summary

GbOSS - Goldbelt Operations Support Services, LLC is seeking a Superintendent to provide on-site construction coordination for all phases of projects. You will oversee subcontractors, material, and equipment, ensuring work follows specifications, schedule, and budget while maintaining site safety.

Responsibilities include leading weekly subcontractor meetings, managing RFIs, permits, and submittals, and assisting in budgeting, bidding, and closing out subcontracts.

Qualifications

• Must interpret critical path schedules and construction drawings.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
• Understanding Safety regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and vendors in the critical path to ensure timely completion.
• Perform quality control duties on ongoing work.
• Communicate RFIs and material submittals to the project team.
• Ensure subcontractors comply with contracted scope of work.
• Identify work outside of subcontracted scope and coordinate with teams.
