• 10+ years of experience on $25–$75+ million commercial/industrial construction projects.
• High School Diploma and 30-hour OSHA certification required.
• Ability to communicate with a diverse group and lead project teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate trade contractors to meet project schedule.
• Supervise large, multi-project construction and manage general conditions budget.
• Interpret plans and contracts to coordinate trades and enforce safety plans.
• Lead project team and represent the firm in schedule and cost discussions.
