Job summary

MCN Build in Washington, DC, is seeking a Senior Superintendent with 10+ years of experience on $25–75M commercial/industrial projects. You will oversee multiple sites, coordinate trade contractors, and ensure safety and quality while maintaining schedules and budgets.

Candidates must have a High School Diploma, 30-hour OSHA certification, and strong leadership and communication skills. Proficiency with PlanGrid, Procore, and Sage 300 Timberline is expected; some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years on $25–$75M commercial/industrial projects and 30-hour OSHA certification.
• Strong leadership and communication across diverse teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stay within schedule and budget.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate trade contractors and sub-contractors to meet the project schedule.
• Supervise large, multi-project construction efforts and manage general conditions budget.
• Maintain contract-documents understanding to coordinate trades and anticipate problems.
• Lead project team and represent the firm in cost and schedule commitments.
